I had an old sim only account which I cancelled and took out a new contract but still trying to bill me for my sim only account

It sounds like you didn’t correctly cancel the account.

We would usually send you a final bill 24 hours after disconnection which would be due to payment within 14 days.

Which method of cancellation did you use?
