One off paper statement/ bill

Hi legends,

I would like to request a one-off paper statement/ bill to be sent to my postal address. I do not wish to receive this monthly.

Does anyone know how I can do this, please?

Hi Sian - thanks so much. Rather than requesting future paper bills, I simply need one of my previous bills to be sent to me by post. I therefore do not wish to adjust my billing method. Please can you kindly advise how I can request one of my previous bills is sent in paper form to my address? Thanks, Alice
