To request your future bills to be sent by post in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk, you can:

- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
- Tap ‘Bills’.
- Tap ‘Billing method’.
- Tap ‘Paper bill’. Then tap ‘Update’.
Please note: Paper billing is £1.50 per month. If you request paper billing, the cost will automatically be added to your monthly bill. If you'd like any previous bills posted to you, simply chat to us.
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk. What should I do?
