Hello,

This morning I woke up to an email and text message from ID Mobile saying that my account is suspended due to an “outstanding amount” of about £46 which I haven’t paid. This “amount” was not present on the app the day before so it could not have been “outstanding” as it appeared overnight. In any case, I simply don’t understand why this is the case; according to the app, there are still 12 days until my plan renews and I still have some 800mb of data left, meaning I have not gone over. I even keep mobile data turned off when outside because I noticed I was getting low for the month. So for what reason was I made to pay £46? Unless the app is completely bugged and has been showing me that I have hundreds of mbs while actually being out for a week, I don’t see any valid explanation for this “outstanding amount”.

Hi @Ivo Dane,

Outstanding balances refer to bills that have not been paid.

What date is your bill date? Once the payment is made the services will resume.
