Each time I log into the iD mobile app it states I have an outstanding balance of £8. I have tried to pay this multiple times. Looking back through my bill history I have not missed any monthly payments, and in some cases seem to have paid twice. Please advise.

Your account balance updates 14-days before your bill is due to be taken. This is when the invoice is produced ready for payment. 

This doesn’t mean that the bill is overdue. When a payment is overdue you’ll receive a text message requesting payment. The payment date can also be viewed via the iD app.
