Outstanding Data bill

I have an outstanding bill to pay with ID Mobile. The account relates to a cancelled Ipad data contract. I therefore have no access to the mobile number.

 

I also have an ID Mobile personal contract, when i call the automated service I cannot access the data contract as there is no option to change the account number.

 

How can I pay the outstanding amount?

Hey there ​@PaulStrat, thank you for reaching out. To make payment, you need to either input the SIM card from the iPad into a handset device, or you will need to call the automated payment line from a non-iD Mobile SIM card, and enter the number then.

 

You cannot make payment for another iD Mobile contract/SIM via a different iD Mobile SIM card to what’s on contract from the one you're calling from, if that makes sense.

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@PaulStrat

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
