Hi I received email from “Overdales” which said I didn’t pay some £12.32 and now I have to pay to them! Can I ask if this is true why I wasn’t contacted by email from you?

Hi @Kris Valkov,

Once payment fails you would receive a text or email to advise of the failed payment.

If you have an active direct debit the payment would usually be attempted again after a few days.

Once the payment fails again your payment would be sent to the Debt Collection Agency.
