outstanding payments

Hi there,

I had a text today saying I had an outstanding payment. I logged on an paid that but I am still unable to set up a direct debit. Old bills look like they say I haven't paid although payments have been taken from my bank on 29th January and the 28th February. Please come someone look into this for me?

I am sorry to hear there has been some confusion with the billing. 

Was the account previously set up for direct debit? Are the previous payment showing as being paid manually?

Yes it was previously set up as direct debit. I've since looked and I've paid my bill for march twice successfully. Please could I have a refund or have one of the payments roll over to my next bill?

Hey there ​@Frankie Margaret, if you’ve successfully paid twice, then the second payment will be on your account as credit, and will simply pay for your next bill automatically when it’s due. It’s completely your choice if you’d like us to refund it, or leave it for the next bill.
