Hi @Ajay2310

We’re sorry to hear this.

We would recommend removing your personal details as it is public.

We would recommend taking a look at this link which explains what happens after you change your direct debit date:

Hiya thank you but that still didn’t answer my question.

please if you can have a look on the details and see if you can find it as I paid my bill on time so no outstanding charges and then so that doesn’t make any sense.

also I don’t know how to get that information off so the public doesn’t see

as I checked my bills and it’s all up to date thier is no outstanding charges due to we changed it once so it’s free every 6 months that’s the only things we did but you guys collected the money so yeah I just wanna see what’s going on. The link didn’t really help me

thank you for assistance

Okay @Ajay2310, you’ve mentioned changing the date of the direct debit for your iD account. Doing this will lead to a longer billing period, instead of the usual one calendar month.

A longer billing period means a one-off higher payment to cover the longer billing period - after this it should revert to £27.99/month.

The “What happens when I change my Direct Debit date?” section of this community article might help.

Hiya

that’s fine that still doesn’t answer the question on my if mobile and my update bill it’s £27.99 so again a little confused as yeah the bill would be higher however we already paided before. It’s not coming up on any of my bills that’s I am overblanced like a normal contact however we already paided contract already and then yeah so I’m confused check again and it’s still £27.99 thier is no bill that I can download that you can usually get and an email saying about it will be this amount this time

it’s still coming up as my normal amount so again confusion didn’t answer my question please have a read  of what I’m saying because like it’s not the issue about the payment the payment I isn’t showing that I have to pay that I have to pay £27.99 so I’m just confused.
