Hi @Ajay2310

We’re sorry to hear this.

We would recommend removing your personal details as it is public.

We would recommend taking a look at this link which explains what happens after you change your direct debit date:

Hiya thank you but that still didn’t answer my question.

please if you can have a look on the details and see if you can find it as I paid my bill on time so no outstanding charges and then so that doesn’t make any sense.

as I checked my bills and it’s all up to date thier is no outstanding charges due to we changed it once so it’s free every 6 months that’s the only things we did but you guys collected the money so yeah I just wanna see what’s going on. The link didn’t really help me

thank you for assistance

Hi @Ajay2310

Thank you for your reply.

Can you please confirm the date that the original direct debit was set up for and also the date it was changed too?

Changing the date would mean a longer billing period so for example, if you were originally due to pay on the 1st of the month and then changed to the 20th of the month, you would be charge one full month plus the additional days between the 1st and 20th.

Thanks,

Natalie
