No way have i used any price cap been with you 4 month paid 6 first then 10.50 a month since .if i dont start getting charged £6 i will go elsewhere

    Hi ​@Donb52  do you have the iD app? This will have all your bills on and you will be able to view what the extra charges are for. You can also set your bill cap to £0 so you no longer get any extra charges.
