Hello. My bill on the app is showing that I have gone over my data allowance by around 75gb.
I have not received any messages saying I am at 80% of my allowance. I also have a bill cap at £75 (I changed it today to £20) and had no notification of hitting the limit or my data stopping working.
what’s going on here as 75gb is a massive amount to be charged for the extra data.
I moved from an unlimited data monthly contract last month.

i have just seen another post that shows the data usage as
325gb/250gb
and someone said that this means they have 325gb left and the rest is rollover.
is this correct?
