Please see that I have been overcharged twice over last months
Can I please have my money back?

If a DD fails then iD attempt to take it 5 working days later so this explains the bills being taken on 25 October and 30 December.

 

But on the same days they failed they also show as paid - did you make manual payments on the 20 October and 23 December?

 

Even if you didn’t I wonder if their system sees the first non payment and takes it anyway 5 working days later, even when it’s not supposed to (if this is the case they need to fix this). And having said that if you’re in credit then the system should take the credit balance off first and then any additional monies to top up the payment to equal what the actual bill is for that month.

The payment history shows the payment on 20th October but this payment would have failed as per the failed payment below it.

The successful payment was the one made on the 25th.

If you wish to clarify this you can check with the Live Chat Team but your bank statement should provide you with payments you have made.
