Received an email to say “do nothing and keep paying £22.64...” but have been charged £32.64 today and upon checking my account, the bill for May that is also showing as £32.64???

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
