I'm on ID mobile since October 2024. Looking at my bank statement I've paid until December even though a bit late. Seems to me I've been paying for 6 months now as there's a bill this month of January amounting to £110.97 which I've paid all. Looks like I have an overpayment of two months.

Please check my account and give me a refund.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Al76.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Are you able to view your invoices for the months in question via the iD Mobile app?

On the invoice, this will list the dates that the charges are applied for. 

Can you please double check these and let us know if the dates are correct.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I looked at the invoice but it is just automatically generated and billing me each month. But looking at my bank statement I've had plenty transactions knowing I've only started October 2024.

Here's I've paid for:

October 24, 2024 - £36.99

November 01, 2024 - £36.99

December 27, 2024 - £36.99

January 27, 2025 - £73.98

January 27, 2025 - £36.99

Looks like I'm being billed twice a month.

I'm hoping for a refund.
