pac code and new phone& sim

Hi. I have a sim only account and have just ordered a new phone which comes with a SIM card. 
how do I get a pac code from the old sim? 
how do I use the pac code? 
howdo I cancel the old plan?

Hey @A-Lee,

If you have 2 iD Mobile SIMs, you’re not able to migrate your number between them. If one of the SIMs is from another network, please refer to this guide:

    Solved. Bought a payg sim from Lebara ported to them for a couple of days and will port back to my new account with ID
