Paid balance but ID still asking for money

Hello,

I pay my bill manually on my computer every month (long story) & have just paid this month’s bill. However I am still getting the red banner telling me I owe ID £9 by February 21st.

 

Can anyone help with this?

Probably best to use the iD Mobile online Live Chat service, and speak to iD customer service about a your payment issues, ​@SamBuffery - iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

When using Live Chat, just tell the 24/7 bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
