How did you pay? Did you use a card? Card payments can take up to 3 days to clear and show as paid on your account. Any restrictions on your account may also take a further 24 hours to lift.

 

You could try speaking to an iD Mobile Live chat agent and asking them to remove any hold on your account.

Hey there ​@Brooke Montgomery, sorry to hear that. When services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).

 

We’d always recommend restarting your phone every few hours to see if it has. If it ever takes longer than 24 hours, we’d recommend contacting our live-chat:
