paid bill but still restricted use

Paid one bill if £37.49 but my payment is £17.99

& on top of that, my phone is still restricted 

and on top of all that, I apparently also still owe £37.49

what is going on please!?!

can someone also please call me from customer services or send me a number I can call please!?!
