Subject: Paid My Balance – Still No Service & Conflicting Emails

I’m posting here out of frustration with how this company handles billing and support. I missed a payment recently because I changed banks and my direct debit didn’t transfer correctly – fair enough, that was my error.

As soon as I received the ban notice, I paid the full balance immediately. That was over 24 hours ago, and yet I still don’t have access to the service.

To make things worse, I’ve just received another email saying I still owe the money – even though the payment has definitely come out of my bank account.

Frankly, I’m starting to question how professional this company actually is. You take people’s money but don’t restore the service or even update your system properly. There’s zero communication unless it’s automated messages demanding payment.

If anyone from the team sees this, please get this sorted. I’ve paid. I’ve waited. And I’m not going to just sit quietly while you mess people around.

Hey there ​@AJCrawford, thank you for reaching out. When your account becomes suspended, and then payment made, it can typically take 24-hours for it to reach us and for services to resume. If still not resumed, please do contact us via our live-chat and we can look at re-instating your account ASAP, as this is the quickest method of contact with us. Just cause it left your account doesn’t mean iD have received it. Can take 3 working days for the payment to credit iD’s account. The emails will be automated.

Exactly this! 
 

I could be wrong, I believe you can pay by card if you ring the automatic system on: 0333 003 7777, which would the service immediately as they would receive the payment immediately.

 

I’m not sure if you can even make a manual payment through your bank as it normally has to have a custom reference number on so they know what account the money belongs to
