Paid my bill but still my services are not restored?

Hi, I’ve paid my bill immediately as it was cut off, as I forgot that I hadn’t had my direct debit set up. But Still nearly 24 hours later and whenever I try to ring anyone I just get an automated message saying This is customer service and your bills are up to date, Thanks and hangs up? What’s that mean? And this is very frustrating as I have Epilepsy and can’t be without my phone, it’s very important and I need to ring my doctor over an hour ago, and still I can’t? Please can someone help asap? This has never happened to me before. It’s so annoying that you can’t physically talk to someone! I’ve been with ID for about 6 years or more! Thanks for any help, much appreciated.

When services are suspended, and then a bill paid afterwards, it can take up-to 24 hours for services to resume (typically a few hours).

 

We’d always recommend restarting your phone every few hours to see if it has. If it ever takes longer than 24 hours, we’d recommend contacting our live-chat:
