Hello I paid my bill half a hour ago and still have no services I have a feeling my account been suspended hopefully you guys can fix this and I can get on with my day cheers

I have paid my bills on time, but I haven't access on my phone! Always is No service!? I need to restart my phone to get access oon ID??? 

I have contract on 24 months, and direct debit to pay???

Are you still unable to access services? Typically it can take around an hour but technically up to 24 hours for services to come back online after having paid the bill.

This sounds like a separate issue outside of a bar placed on the account due to non/late payment.

 

Have you always had no service while on iD Mobile?

 

Have you tried your SIM card inside another device?

I took my third sim card! When I instaled it in my phone, it works only 30 minutes! From then, my phone isn't have access to internet and my number is dead!!! 

Sorry, maybe my phone isn't baned because is Chinese, it's Huawei P30 pro???
