I’m looking to remove a default from my credit report from id from a few years ago and I haven’t received an email or letter.  I have moved house and would need to settle this account and don’t even remember the phone number 

A default has been issued against me 

my ex partner has been using the number since we separated , I couldn’t even remembered the phone number until I found out via your Team 

i thought it’s was my previous contract with you 

there is proof that he has been paying the bill not me he missed the payment and this went against me 

 

 


I would like also to clear a default in full but I cannot find anywhere a number to ring to do so, can anyone help please
