How do I pay an overdue bill for my Son's id mobile account since his sim card has been blocked so I need to use mine to pay

You can call our iD Mobile Payment Line on 0333 003 7777

You'll be asked for your mobile number - enter you sons number at this point not your own.   

Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing

Select Option 2 again for Making a payment

You'll hear a message of the current balance and if this is correct, press Option 1 to pay this balance. 

If the balance is incorrect, please ignore the amount you hear and press Option 2 to pay a different amount.

Enter the amount in Pence followed by # to make the payment for this amount.

For example - £10.50 you'd enter 1050 followed by #

You'll hear the amount entered and press 1 to confirm.

Then proceed to make the payment.

I had already tried calling the number before asking the question but they told me that I don't have any outstanding balance due and they just hang up the call on me

Hi ​@Firstlady Lebene  if you are using your iD phone to call, this is why it may be saying there is no outstanding bill. Do you have another phone you can call from? Or your son can dial ‘7777’ from his handset.

When I try calling 7777 from his handset, it says not registered on network
