pay bill setting up direct debit

Hello I'm Bela Norbert Varga and I want to ask please hot to pay the bill or to set up direct debit payment thank you

    Thank you for getting in touch with us, and I am so sorry that you unable to set the direct debit. 

     

    Please try the following steps to set up your direct debit:
     

    Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
    Tap My Account.
    Select Bills or Billing / Payments (depending on your app version).
    Tap Manage payment method.
    Select Set up Direct Debit or Edit Direct Debit details.
    Enter your bank account details and confirm
