You’ve gone to buy/rent a flat, I’m guessing in Nottingham, and found the credit check has flagged this debt of £547.66 owed to iD Mobile.

2/3y ego i did take a Iphone10+Sim for now my Ex girlfriend..Around 30£ a month.I did paid for most 2/3 of the full payment.

You took out this contract about 2 to 3 years ago and it cost you £30 per month, but of that contract you paid 2/3rds of that contract and at this point you left the UK. You should have cancelled the contract THEN and paid any amounts then due.

But it then looks like your ex girlfriend may have taken out a new contract using your details for the balance to have risen to nearly £550. But also this may just be interest/collection charges if like you said the account was closed:

and because the Number and ID Account where deactivated I was unaware.. thinking that everything was paid For :/ But It was not?

The debt wouldn’t just be cancelled out if it was still owed. But now you want to clear this debt?

Can we Work something out? I need a new phone.+ i want to see how much that iPhone10 really cost me after paying Outstanding Balance..;(
