Hi there, I would like someone to take my outstanding bill on Monday 23rd please

Hey there ​@PaulieP, we cannot change the direct debit date for you I’m afraid. To do so, you’d need to login to the iD Mobile app/website and do so your end:

If you require a payment extension to this date for this month, then we can do so and send a PM, however, due to it already being 2-days since the last response here, and the date you’ve requested, I’d recommend contacting our live-chat ASAP to request this for you due to the time-sensitivity of the issue:

To clarify, are you looking to change your payment dates to the 23rd of each or would this be a request for an extension on this months bill?

Hi Natalie, thanks for getting back to me. Yes please that would be perfect if you could change it for me? I really appreciate the help as I was worried about having my service restricted which would be a nightmare as I care for my mum so my phone is essential.
