How do I pay off the phone part of my contract to bring my monthly payment down?

Unfortunately, you can’t part pay or fully repay the loan during the 24-month minimum term of an iD phone contract, ​@Gh1lld2. 

You could repay the outstanding balance if you switched or cancelled your iD contract during its minimum term.
