I have paid my bill early (DD is due on 22nd) as I wanted to change my dd date so I payed this month early in full.. it still shows the dd date is the 22nd? Why is it saying this if I have already payed?

Unfortunately @Elmo_88, forum members can’t look at iD customers accounts for privacy and security reasons.

Probably better to contact iD support using their online Live Chat service, or by sending them a private message using Facebook Messenger.

Only problem is the iD advisers stop work at 8pm on weekdays.

If the bill has been emailed already (2 weeks before the payment is due) this incoming bill wouldn’t be changed by a direct debit change request, only the next one and then onwards from that.
