I rang the 0333 003 0001 number and was told I had no outstanding payment , email received says different , what do I do now as DD is cancelled 🤔

Please call 0333 003 7777 from a non-iD Mobile number and it should prompt you to enter the iD Mobile number. Please enter the iD Mobile number that you need to make payment for.
