paying for my daughter phone bill

Good afternoon

I have been paying for my daughters phone and the direct debit was accidently deleted by myself.

I got it set up again by going into my bank however she has now had her phone cut off saying she has not paid this month.

The last payment was on the 4th of September and the amount is for £43.14

Her phone number is:{REMOVED}.

I also have an id mobile and pay:£29.99

can you do anything at your end to help?

Would recommend checking the iD Mobile app, paying any Outstanding Balances and reinstating the DD.
