I recently changed to less expensive plan. I received an email to say it was active but I'm still being charged my previous price

Hi @codryduke,

Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked your bill for any extra charges?

If you upgraded the bill may be higher on the first month, you can find further information at the link below;

Hi @codryduke

If your bill was already emailed to you while on the previous plan you’d still be charged at that price for this month.

Next month’s bill will auto adjust and credit you for anything overcharged.

Another month and another overcharge. New plan was only £10 but I've been charged nearly £24
