Hello!

I found out the amount I’m paying to ID Mobile Limited, is not recognizable! Started £19.99, now £23.77! I thought I’m paying off a mobile phone but it’s not! What is this payment? Can’t recognize! Help me, to contact someone who can tell me what is this payment!

Hi @Robert Spéth  This increase sounds likely to be due to the CPI increase.

The Consumer Price Index measures the overall change in consumer prices over time based on a representative basket of household goods and services. The CPI rate is published by the Office of National Statistics.

Your monthly plan will be adjusted each April by the CPI rate published in February (+3.9% fixed rate). Price adjustments do not affect add-ons or additional charges.

For 2025, the CPI rate (+3.9% fixed rate) is 6.9%.

You should have received a text from us to explain this.

Still not recognize it, what is this payment for! I sent mail to Currys, and ID Mobile to find out what is this? Until this resolve, I deleted my direct debit! I will put it back later, when everything will be clear!

Sorry @Robert Spéth  I may have misread your first post then, is this a payment you do not recognise at all? Do you not have a plan with iD?

Yes! I bought a laptop back then, but I don't remember this deal included!
