payment taken 3 times and now cut off and no response on chat?

Hi - my payment has been taken 3 times in January but still says I owe this months payment and now I’ve been cut off - I can’t get the chat to work? Any ideas?

    Can you please confirm if the payments are showing taken via your bank statement? Was this via direct debit or manual payments? 

     

    Also, we apologise for the issue with Live Chat, what is happening when you try to use the service? We will get this fed back.
