payment taken 3 times and now cut off and no response on chat?

Hi - my payment has been taken 3 times in January but still says I owe this months payment and now I’ve been cut off - I can’t get the chat to work? Any ideas? thanks

Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.
