I have paid my bill on Tuesday and they have taken another payment out again this morning!!

Did you pay manually whilst a direct debit is active?

 

If so and the direct debit is close to being taken out, it may still be taken automatically.

 

If you have a direct debit active, it’s best to let that take care of paying bills rather than also doing it manually.

 

If an extra payment is on the account, it’ll stay on there where we can refund it back to you or we can leave it on the account as a credit to go towards the next bill(s).

Yeah they tried to take it out first but I had no money in there but paid it as soon as I got paid but they taken another payment out this morninf
