Question

payments not reflected in app

I changed my DD a few weeks ago. It didn’t go through so told I owed £12. Have paid this but app still shows I owe £6 and can’t reset the DD.

Hey there @nfiner, we’re sorry to hear that.

It’s likely because the next bill is already created, so once paid, you’ll then be able to re-add your direct debit.

Thanks,

Tyler

Unhelpful.  Misses the point that I fully settled my bill, but the app failed to update promptly showing incorrectly that I still had to pay forcing me to pay twice.

Hello @nfiner

We apologise for any misunderstanding.

Has the app updated since your last post? If yes, what is the figure showing as now?

Thanks,

Natalie

Now shows £0 but should show a credit.

Hi @nfiner,

How much credit should be showing?

I can see that one payment failed on 11th so no payment was actually taken then.

Two payments on 17/4 (following usual monthly payments in Feb,March) means I should be £6 in credit.
