Hi my phone bill is paid but now it’s saying its not but I have it in my statements

Hello ​@Shania Raines  was the payment made and taken out on its due date? Could you please double check your direct debit if you've not done so already.

If you've sure your payment has been taken out for this number in question it may be a technical matter on IDMobile or even your bank side of things. 

I'd advice you to log in into the Live Chat and type in the message box "Speaker to a person" This way you'll be assisted by an agent.

Hey there ​@Shania Raines, sorry to hear that.

 

Sometimes, when the payment fails, it still shows as taken in your iD Mobile account statements. Therefore, please double check with your bank, however, the likelihood is it wasn’t taken, and is still owed, which is why it still shows as such.
