I need to pay my phone bill I just received a email 

To pay an outstanding bill, you can use the iD Mobile app or call the payment line. 

  • Call the iD Mobile Payment Line on 0333 003 7777 from a non-iD Mobile SIM card.
  • Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing, then Option 2 again for Making a payment.
  • Enter the amount in pence, followed by #, to make the payment.
  • Alternatively, you can use the iD online Live Chat service to speak to a customer adviser.

Please note that if you are calling from an iD Mobile number, the system will automatically assume you are calling about that number, so you may need to call from a different number or hide your CLI.
