My plan has just doubled how can this happen?

And how do you contact id mobile?

Have you recently upgraded or changed your direct debit date? Used your phone abroad? On a plane/ferry?

I did change my date of dd

But it now says future bills are double?

When you change your direct debit date your bill will be higher as iD will charge you for a longer period.

I get that but surely that should only be for the first month?

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends). 

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot that you’d like to “talk to a person”.
