
I never activated my SIM and rang to cancel and the live chat service agreed to cancel my plan and said I would not be charged. I was then charged via direct debit. I go through a whole chat to explain this and then get transferred with a 120 minute waiting time.
Why is your customer service so atrocious? Please stop charging me and why are you refusing to cancel my plan?
