Please stop charging me each month

I never activated my SIM and rang to cancel and the live chat service agreed to cancel my plan and said I would not be charged. I was then charged via direct debit. I go through a whole chat to explain this and then get transferred with a 120 minute waiting time.

 

Why is your customer service so atrocious? Please stop charging me and why are you refusing to cancel my plan?

I can’t even email you because you don’t provide an email address.

Sorry to hear about the issues with your SIM.

All SIM cards are activated upon dispatch which means that the billing starts right away.

If you still haven’t been able to cancel the plan, please get back to us here and we can PM you.
