I went through the process of ordering a pay monthly sim, but afterwards I had 0 emails or contact about it and nothing still after many days, I just resubmitted the form today but I’m not sure if i’ve accidentally done it twice?

Have you got 2 different web order reference numbers,
If yes, you might’ve placed a duplicate order.
I guess you can always request a returns authorisation, for the unwanted order, during the cooling-off period.
Otherwise the iD sales team may be able to help - reach them on 020 7139 1397.
