I’m unable to send premium text messages even with my spending cap at £75 and my premium services switched on. Can someone tell me how I can fix this.

Hey there @John Grant, welcome to Community!

We’re sorry to hear that. When you try sending them, what error do you get please?

Also, what is the phone number you’re trying to text (Only confirm full number if it’s not a personal phone number)? Unfortunately, not all short codes and premium numbers are supported via our network partner Three, so unfortunately, some texts may simply just not work.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi , when I try to send the text it stalls and then I get a text message telling me the text I’m sending isn’t included in my allowance and prevents me from sending it. I’ve changed my setting on the app so I have £75 cap and my premium button is on. So I’m baffled as to why this isn’t working all the other mobile phone companies I’ve been with didn’t have this issue.

Hi @John Grant

Okay, is this with all texts or just to this one?

Is this a premium number? If so, please provide the number you’re attempting to text?
