I took out 2 pay monthly contracts back in November, one of them cannot be used but I’ve been charged multiple times for it I cannot cancel it as the texts will not come through, I have been trying for weeks. Now the sim that’s not been used has been paid for while the one I’m using has been cut off. Please can someone contact me about this as I have been paying for a sim that’s will not work and now I cannot use my phone as you decided that the payment made this month was for the sim not beingbused

Direct debits should have been set up once you purchased, were these cancelled afterwards?

 

Have you tried using the manual payment line on 7777 from the iD Mobile number in question or 0333 003 0001 from a non-iD Mobile number?

 

We’d take payment (or attempt to) on any plan that has an active direct debit and is due payment for a monthly bill, if you’re using it or not wouldn’t matter.
