I have just purchased a Samsung S24 and tried to claim my Chromebook laptop from Samsung, however none of the emails that iD mobile send me, or my bill, show proof of purchasing the phone...only the line rental. How do I get the correct invoice i need to make my claim?

Haven't received it yet but I've claimed mine. Got an email saying that claim has been accepted. I got my phone through Mobiles.co.uk and they sent an electronic receipt that I uploaded as a proof of purchase.

I am going through this process too. The Live Chat agent told me to send an email to your documents department.

 

Can you confirm if they were correct to do so please? Samsung will close my claim in five days if I don't the the proof of purchase to them and it's totally out of my hands because I'm waiting on ID to send these to me.
