I recently purchased a new SIM only plan for £15 a month via a website and not through my current account and I can’t seem to find a way to link it up to my current account despite the fact that my mobile number and bank details are the same
Where did you buy it from? I ask because if it is USwitch, then they will just direct you to the ID mobile website to complete the sale. Using their link gives you the discount that is otherwise not available on the main website

Your mobile number isn’t the same. You purchased a new plan; you get a new number with that new plan. To add that second plan to your existing online account follow the instructions below:
I did it through Carphone Warehouse. It says I will be paying for my new sim from the 2nd July and then current account says I will have the next bill on the 30th of June… so I’ll effectively be paying double for a month?!
Hi
If you’ve purchased a new plan, you’d pay separately for it. It’d be a completely new, separate plan.
If you wanted to upgrade, we’d recommend using the iD Mobile app to explore options there.

Yes I’ve had to cancel the new plan. It’s a real shame as that plan I found isn’t available as an existing customer which is a shame!
Hey there
Thanks,
Tyler
