I recently purchased a new SIM only plan for £15 a month via a website and not through my current account and I can’t seem to find a way to link it up to my current account despite the fact that my mobile number and bank details are the same

If you’ve purchased a new plan, you’d pay separately for it. It’d be a completely new, separate plan.
If you wanted to upgrade, we’d recommend using the iD Mobile app to explore options there.
