Hi, I’ve been with I’d since 15/6/24, I went on the app to check my payments, and I’ve been charged 4 times, not including my August payment. I wouldn’t be bothered by my account is still saying I have an outstanding payment to make, so the 2 extra payments obviously haven’t been credited to my account?

The same has happened to me I've been charged 4 times this month

I’d recommend double checking your bank, have multiple charges been made there?

 

This may be a visual glitch in the app.
