Recently joined iD. Data allowance showing as reseetting in 55 days

I recently joined iD mobile and after setting up my online account, I amended my payment date so it's in line with other direct debits. I believe this went through OK.

When I checked the app today, it says that my data allowances now reset in 55 days and my first payment won't be taken until early January 2025. It looks like the system may have got confused and effectively merged the first 2 months into one period. This means on paper I may run out of data as it has to last for two months.

Does this seem normal? The first pdf bill on my account appears correct with the first payment due in early November. But I think this may have been issued before I changed the date to 1st of each month.

When changing the direct debit date, you may find a delay in your next payment being taken but January does seem longer than we would anticipate.

We would recommend checking in with the Live Chat team here to make sure the direct debit has been set up correctly.
