I have a idmultisim contract since 1/19 for 24 months..I have now upgraded my phone and taken out a new contract.I think I am entitled to a refund for payments made from end of contract(1/21 til 10/24)..

Did you upgrade or purchase a new contract?

 

If you upgraded, you wouldn’t be charged for two plans.

 

If you’ve purchased a new contract, that’s completely separate to the plan you already may have and you would need to cancel the old one if you do not wish to use it any more.
