Refund - upfront and extra bill

Hi

I recently ordered the Pixel Pro 9, but due to a system glitch, two orders were placed instead of one. When I contacted the call center, I was told to wait until both phones were delivered. After receiving the phones, I contacted the call center again, and this time, I was instructed to return the extra phone to the warehouse. I was assured that the upfront payment would be refunded and that I didn't need to take further action, as the contract for the second phone would be canceled once the phone was returned.

I returned the phone via Royal Mail and received confirmation from them that it was delivered to the warehouse.

However, I have still not received the refund for the upfront cost of the phone, and I was also charged £7.30 via direct debit.

Could someone please contact me to resolve this issue? It has been over a month since I first reached out, and nothing has been done.

Hi Muhammad. I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t yet received your refund. A refund typically takes 3-5 working days to arrive once the return has been processed. We’ll need to check that this has been processed correctly.

I paid my bill to this konths 6.11 and why I have new bills  for 7.12. And his period is finished 22.11  but today is 5.11

On your statement, are there any additional charges for out of bundle usage?

Also, have you upgraded or made any changes to your direct debit payments recently?

Hi. I have not received the upfront cost (£99)of the phone I wanted back. As it has been 11 days.

My order was cancelled from your end.
