remove my restrictions

I have paid my outstanding bill hours ago,

however every time I try to call out it is say you are connected to id bill line but you do not have any outstanding bill, I can’t call out and need to use my phone.. please help

Hey @Jjulieo,

It can take between 2-24 hours for any restrictions to lift. Hopefully by now this has happened.
